Privacy
The calculator runs in your browser. Its input values are not stored by the calculator, sent to a server, or added to the links to the forms.
This site
Swathmath is a static site hosted on GitLab Pages. It has no account system and no analytics script of its own. The host may keep ordinary access logs; I have not established its retention period. Links to vendors and archives lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Enquiry forms
The price-change, vendor and sponsor or listing forms are hosted by FormRobin. Anything you enter goes to FormRobin and is sent as a notification to my mailbox, so I can review corrections and vendor suggestions or reply to enquiries.
- Report a price change: vendor, price and official URL are required. Plan, date checked, an optional screenshot (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 10 MB) and an optional email address can be added.
- Suggest a vendor: vendor name, official URL and whether you are affiliated with the vendor are required. Category and email are optional.
- Sponsor or listing enquiry: name and email are required; other fields are optional. I use your email only to reply to the enquiry.
Please do not include customer or account details. Enquiries never subscribe you to any email list.
Provider pages
Pages hosted by FormRobin are run by that provider. They can load reCAPTCHA, analytics and other provider assets and receive technical request information such as your IP address and browser details. I do not claim they are tracking-free; see their own privacy notices.
Retention and requests
I have not set a fixed retention period or automatic deletion for submitted information, and I do not describe provider backup retention. To ask about information you submitted, use the sponsor or listing enquiry form and say what you want to know.
