Jobber pricing: plans, billing options and card fees
What Jobber’s own pricing page shows, with the billing basis for every figure. US dollars, list prices, not an account quote.
Quick answer
For one user, Jobber’s page shows Core $29, Connect $99 and Grow $149 per month on annual prepaid billing; $39, $119 and $169 on monthly billing with a 12-month commitment; $49, $139 and $199 on monthly billing with no commitment. Card payments are 2.9% + 30¢. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax. These are Jobber’s standard prices, the ones the page says apply once its time-limited new-customer promotion’s first period ends. The lower promotional first-period prices are excluded from every figure and listed separately below.
Plans and billing options (1 user)
The billing option changes the price more than the plan name suggests. Pick the column that matches how you would actually pay.
| Plan | Annual prepaid | Monthly, 12-month commitment | Monthly, no commitment | What the plan card adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $29 | $39 | $49 | Book and schedule jobs online, professional quotes, invoices and online payments, a website, reporting, 100+ marketplace tools. |
| Connect | $99 | $119 | $139 | All Core features, plus automated client reminders, automatic payment collection, checklists, quote and invoice follow-ups, QuickBooks Online sync, time and expense tracking. |
| Grow | $149 | $169 | $199 | All Connect features, plus customized quotes, optional line items, automatic time tracking, job costing, two-way SMS, custom workflow automations. |
Core is listed for 1 user. Connect and Grow list 1 user at this team size.
| Plan | Annual prepaid (year one) | Monthly, 12-month commitment (year one) | Monthly, no commitment (12 months) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $348 | $468 | $588 |
| Connect | $1,188 | $1,428 | $1,668 |
| Grow | $1,788 | $2,028 | $2,388 |
The promotion, listed separately and dated
Jobber’s page shows a banner “Save up to 40%. Offer ends October 30th”. The fine print: it applies to new customers who subscribe to an eligible plan before October 30, 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT. The promotional prices below last 12 months on annual billing and 3 months on monthly billing, and then the standard prices above apply. They are not used anywhere else on this site, and after October 30 the page may change, so re-check it.
| Plan | Annual prepaid (first 12 months) | Monthly, 12-month commitment (first 3 months) | Monthly, no commitment (first 3 months) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Core | $21 | $24 | $35 |
| Connect | $70 | $72 | $98 |
| Grow | $105 | $102 | $140 |
At 2–5 people on annual billing the promotional first-12-month prices shown are Connect $105, Grow $161 and Plus $280 per month.
More than one person
The page changes the plans offered with team size. At 2–5 people it shows Connect, Grow and Plus, each including 5 users.
| Plan | Users included | Standard price (annual prepaid) | Struck-through price shown on the page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Connect | 5 | $149 | $199 |
| Grow | 5 | $229 | $299 |
| Plus | 5 | $399 | $499 |
Extra users are $29 a month each. A user is “anyone who accesses your account at the office or in the field to view or manage the team’s schedule.” The page also has 6–10 and 11–15 people views, and for 16 or more people it says to contact sales. I have not reproduced those here; use the vendor page.
Cancellation, commitment and renewal, as Jobber publishes them
- Monthly, no commitment: “you can cancel at any time. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period. You won’t be charged again.”
- Monthly, 12-month commitment: “a 12-month minimum term, billed monthly. If you cancel during the year, your subscription will remain active and you’ll continue to be billed monthly until the end of the 12-month term.”
- Annual prepaid: “billed for the full term at the start of your subscription … you’ll continue to have access until the end of your annual term, but your initial payment is non-refundable.”
- Renewal: “All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current term unless set to non-renew in accordance with Jobber’s Terms of Service.”
- Changing plans: “You can upgrade your plan at any time. You can downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing cycle.”
- Trial: “For 14 days you get full access to all of Jobber’s features on the Grow plan—no credit card required.”

Card and payment fees
Because the page lists the same card rates for every plan, picking a more expensive plan does not change the card rate. The plan choice is about users, billing option and features.
| Payment type | Rate on the page |
|---|---|
| Credit card (online invoice payments; US, Canada, UK) | 2.9% + 30¢ |
| Tap to Pay (mobile app) | 2.7% + 30¢ |
| Bank payments (ACH, US) | 1% |
| Tip collection | “Credit card processing rates apply” |
| Instant payouts | “an additional 1% fee” |
| Automatic payments (card on file) | “Credit and debit card processing rates apply” |
Formula: card fees = card volume × 2.9% + 30¢ × number of card payments. Illustration with made-up numbers: $4,000 of card payments in a month across 20 payments is $4,000 × 0.029 + 20 × $0.30 = $116 + $6 = $122. Replace the numbers with yours. The page does not say whether the rates differ for other card types or for payments outside the US, Canada and the UK.
Add-ons shown on the page
- Marketing Suite: $99/month
- Jobber AI Receptionist: $29/month
- Sales Pipeline: $49/month
What this page does not establish
Jobber’s Terms of Service were not read. So I cannot say whether Jobber lets you pause a subscription in the off-season, what happens to your data after you cancel, or how price changes are handled. The pricing page does not say either. Taxes are extra. Prices are for the US view; I did not check other countries.
Where the calculator applies
The free Yardbook calculator compares Yardbook’s own added payment fee with Yardbook’s own subscription, so it does not model Jobber. Jobber lists the same card rates on every plan, so there is no fee-for-subscription trade-off to calculate here. If you are weighing Jobber against a platform with a free plan, see Jobber alternatives; for Yardbook specifically, use the calculator with your confirmed terms.
